First Baptist Church in Milan, TN is a vibrant and growing multi-generational church located in the heart of West Tennessee. The average attendance on a Sunday morning is roughly 450. First Baptist Milan is seeking a full-time Worship/Communications Pastor. This man will lead the congregation in Christ-exalting worship and work closely with the Senior Pastor and other leaders in casting vision for future ministries and opportunities. Our worship style is described as blended, and we have an established worship band, praise team, and choir. This position is expected to provide visionary leadership throughout the music ministries of First Baptist Church.
